Order processing
Every order is carefully checked and packed before it leaves us. Processing takes 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed over a weekend or holiday begin processing on the next business day. During launches, sales, and peak seasons, processing may take a little longer — we'll always keep you posted if so.
Delivery times
Once dispatched, most orders arrive within 7–15 business days. Delivery time varies by destination and the carrier's local network. These are estimates, not guarantees — while the large majority of orders arrive comfortably within this window, occasional factors outside our control can affect timing.
Delays & the things we can't control
We choose reliable carriers, but once a parcel is in their hands the final leg is up to them. Weather, customs inspections, local postal backlogs, incorrect addresses, and peak-season volume can all add time. If your order is taking noticeably longer than expected, reach out and we'll chase it down with the carrier on your behalf.
Customs, duties & taxes
For international orders, your parcel may pass through customs in your country. Any import duties, taxes, or handling fees are set by your local authorities and are the customer's responsibility. These charges are not included in our prices and are outside our control. If you're unsure whether fees apply, your local customs office can advise before you order.
Tracking your order
As soon as a tracking number is generated, we'll email it to you. You can follow your parcel any time on our Track Your Order page. Please allow a little time after dispatch for the first scan to appear — tracking can take a few days to begin updating once a parcel enters the carrier network.
Incorrect or incomplete addresses
Please review your shipping address carefully at checkout. We're not able to redirect a parcel once it's on its way, and orders returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address will need to be re-shipped at additional cost. If you spot a mistake, email support@alinewithyou.com immediately — if your order hasn't yet entered fulfilment, we'll do our best to correct it.
Missing or lost parcels
If tracking shows your order as delivered but you can't find it, check around your property and with neighbours first, then contact us. For parcels that appear genuinely lost in transit, we'll open an investigation with the carrier and make it right with a replacement or refund once the loss is confirmed.
